Our standard hourly rate is £55 per hour.
We also offer concessions for students and those on lower incomes—please feel free to contact us to discuss your circumstances.
We provide a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to explore whether we’re the right fit for each other

In person
Based out of a spacious room in The Studio, Letchworth. Comfortable and calming, face to face work is a great place to start.
Virtually
We can also accommodate virtual sessions, because we know life can be busy and sometimes the comfort of your own home is best.
Walking Therapy
Based in beautiful countryside, we also offer walk and talk sessions which are a great way to get some steps in too!
