Breathwork is such a simple tool - and with the right guidance, it can bring about deep emotional, physical and mental shifts.

We decided to incorporate breathwork into our practice because we both personally found the effects to be so powerful in the overall management of mental wellbeing and health.

We are trained to help you use your breath with purpose and awareness whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus or explore a deeper self reflection, breathwork offers a safe and supportive way to pause, reset and restore balance.
Breathwork sessions are tailored to your individual needs and can complement counselling or be experienced on their own. You don't need any previous experience - just curiosity and willingness to slow down and notice..
